vegetarian gluten free low carb

Ingredients (for approx. 8 pieces)


50 g coconut oil, cold pressed
110 g Biosüße
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsps. cocoa
1 tbsp. baking powder
40 g almond flour


Heat up coconut oil until it is liquid. Mix it with the egg and Biosüße and stir it until Biosüße is dissolved. Add vanilla and cocoa. Mix almond flour and baking powder and knead it carefully in.

Form with wet hands walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking tray with baking paper and press flat. Carefully cut the macadamia nuts into halves and press them into the dough. Put them into the pre-heated oven at 175° C and bake it 15 minutes, mid-height.
