Ingredients (for approx. 16 pieces):
120 g Biosüße
Skin and juice of half an orange
200 ml low-fat curd
150 g sieved flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
Cream eggs and Biosüße. Grate the peel of the orange and squeeze the juice. Ad curd, orange juice, peeled skin, flour, and baking powder to the egg foam and stir everything. Spread the dough in a round tin (approx. 24 cm) and put it into the pre-heated oven at 200° C, mid-height, approx. 30 minutes.
