Ingredients:

250 g flour
1 package of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 – 3 tbsps. Biosüße
200 ml buttermilk
200 ml milk
1 tbsp. vanilla aroma
2 tbsps. Butter
4 eggs
rapeseed oil

Preparation:

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add all other ingredients one by one and mix everything until the dough is homogenous.

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it swell for approx. 10 minutes.

Heat up a pan with some oil and place in some small dabs with a spoon.

You can spread blueberries or raspberries on the surface and coat the pancakes with sugar-free jam or chocolate.
